Care Workshops
CARE WORKSHOPS
The Care Workshops are a 6 week course of free creative wellbeing workshops around the theme of care.
In each workshop we use creative writing and movement activities to explore personal experiences of living with and without care. Over the course you will make new friends, increase your confidence and build long term positive wellbeing and mental health. After each session we hold an optional ‘Care Cafe’, an opportunity to socialise and discuss mental health over a cup of tea, supported by a Mind in West Essex mental health facilitator. The workshops are completely free and open to all - no experience needed!
Created by award-winning choreographer Rhiannon Faith. Delivered by a kind and caring facilitator, a Mind in West Essex mental health facilitator and a dance artist.
The workshops are supported by Arts Council England, Harlow Playhouse, Harlow Council and Essex County Council.
