Rhiannon Faith is a boundary-breaking Artist whose work and experiences cross artforms.  Brought up in a big Irish Catholic, working-class family, she is an exciting British female voice making waves in choreography, directing, social activism and as a published author. 

Rhiannon Faith was recently commissioned by Three Score Dance to create an exhilarating and poignant exploration of older, bolder dance. Her piece You’re Here, You’re Here premiered in a Triple Bill at Brighton Festival in May, and went on to be part of the sold-out Company of Elders - Mixed Bill at Sadler's Wells, "A fabulously inventive piece" (The Observer). 

She was also commissioned to create a piece for Northern School of Contemporary Dance BA graduation performances, FUTURE NOW. Inspired by the healing process, Underneath delves under the surface to reveal the importance of self-care, compassion for others and finding true happiness.

Rhiannon has been Movement Director for spectacular award-winning outdoor events including the 2019 FIRST TO FIGHT at the Museum of the Second World War in Gdansk, Poland with Baltic Opera and Pixel Artworks. She choreographed a Channel 4 Documentary with Bryony Kimmings (Artist in Residence) and Secret Cinema’s productions of The Red Shoes and Grease.

In 2022 Rhiannon was invited to an International professional development exchange with Roshanak Jaberi (Canada) supported by British Council Canada and Farnham Maltings. She has presented her socially engaged practice to international audiences at Caravan Assembly and Wuzhen Theatre Festival, China. 

She holds an MA in Contemporary Dance Theatre Practice, a PGCE, and received the Smith-Artaud Award for excellence in Dance Theatre.

She lives on a farm with her husband Merlyn and her daughter Dolly Blue.

Maddy Morgan grew up in Camden, North London and completed dance training at Lewisham College and Northern School of Contemporary Dance, graduating with a first class honours. Whilst working as a professional dance artist, Maddy received distinction for her MA in Cultural Policy and Management at City University, with a focus on widening access in the arts. 

Maddy first met Rhiannon in 2010, and they have been working together ever since, sharing a vision for pushing the boundaries of what dance theatre can be, and who it can be for. Maddy was devising performer, rehearsal director and producer on Scary Shit, Smack That (a conversation) and DROWNTOWN. She became Executive Director when the company incorporated in 2019, leading the company to ACE NPO status in 2023. 

Maddy’s strategic vision is key to the company's growth, working closely with Rhiannon and the team to dream big and deliver ambitious projects with lasting impact.

Anna Dominian is an established producer experienced in delivering cross-arts projects including theatre, dance and large scale outdoor festivals. Anna has worked for a wide variety of organisations including producing international theatre and dance at the Barbican, delivering cinema festivals Film Africa and Raindance and working with Artichoke to deliver a large-scale light festival in Durham as production coordinator. She's also taken on various roles at many festivals including Walthamstow Garden Party, Glastonbury Festival, Love Supreme and Right Up Our Street's DNweekeND - among others!
Anna loves to share moments of beauty, laughter and excitement with people and believes everyone should have access to high quality arts and the chance to engage in their own creativity.

Joy Griffiths is a qualified Psychologist, supporting people with emotional problems for over 20 years. Joy works with Rhiannon Faith Company to offer holistic support to all of our work, embedding care in the design and implementation of projects, and working directly with participants, creatives, and audiences.  

Joy’s unique therapeutic approach to emotional wellbeing and the creative process has been shared widely with the sector, helping artists to improve their emotional wellbeing.

Amy Stutz is a Social Media expert and digital content creator specialising in the arts. Amy currently leads on the Digital Content and Social Media at Birmingham Hippodrome, the UK's busiest regional theatre. She recently led on the social media for the UK launch of the world's most visited multi-sensory exhibition, Van Gogh Alive, launching the channels from scratch and building audiences across major cities in the country.

Amy has an incredible love for theatre, and a passion for opening the door for everyone to find a connection with the arts. She loves being part of the Rhiannon Faith Company team, not only because the work is so important and meaningful, but because of the awesome team that creates this remarkable work.


BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Nassy Konan is a Creative Producer working across Theatre and Live Art. She specialises in producing new work and introducing it to diverse audiences.  She’s a recipient of Jerwood Arts Live Work Fund 2021. Nassy has extensive expertise in touring work to mid-scale venues and festivals around the UK and internationally. She has produced work for Soho Theatre (Nouveau Riche’s Queens of Sheba), The Old Vic, Battersea Arts Centre, Young Vic, Brixton House (formerly Ovalhouse), Southwark Playhouse, Greenwich & Docklands International Festival. Career highlights include the development and touring of the award-winning BAC Beatbox Academy production of Frankenstein: How To Make A Monster and the international and UK touring of Touretteshero's  Not I by Samuel Beckett. Nassy is currently a producer for Dropped Tea Theatre - making work that celebrates and amplifies London's lost voices through multidisciplinary forms of storytelling in gentrified communities. Also, the producer for Swiss Selection Edinburgh & Swiss Selection Live with Pro Helvetia.

With 10 years’ experience in the non-profit sector, Rosie Milsom is a passionate and qualified fundraiser. She began her career in arts fundraising at Birmingham Hippodrome, and currently works as Head of Fundraising at the British Youth Council. She also works on a freelance basis as a fundraising trainer, and is Chair of the Institute of Fundraising's Special Interest Group for Sole Fundraisers.

Having trained in Performing Arts at university, she is a passionate advocate for the arts sector and a proud board member of Make Some Noise, a leading music charity in the West Midlands.

She has previously supported Rhiannon Faith Company as a freelance fundraiser, and looks forward to lending her expertise and support in the next stage of their journey.

Cathy Waller is an award winning Choreographer and Movement Director, working for over a decade in contemporary dance, theatre and film. Cathy choreographed organisations such as BBC, Tate Modern, Wembley Arena, Breakin’ Convention and Barbican before founding Cathy Waller Company in 2012. Cathay Waller Company has now toured nationally on stages such as Sadler’s Wells, Stratford Circus, West End Live, National Theatre and Greenwich and Docklands International Festival. Credits include: Missing Julie (Theatre Clwyd, Kaite O'Reilly), The Solid Life of Sugar Water (Graeae, Theatre Royal Plymouth, National Theatre), Architecture of Anatomy (Kristina Walsh, Sarabande: The Lee Alexander McQueen Foundation) and ba(ME) (Julie Ann Minaai, Michael Garett). Cathy also works as a consultant and during the Covid-19 pandemic, supported over 20 non-disabled and disabled artists and 5 arts organisations in their financial recovery and stabilisation, sourcing over £1million from various funding bodies across the UK. Cathy became disabled in late 2012 and works actively to support and advocate for disabled artists and audiences, to improve access and understanding throughout the Arts and Culture Sector.

Amalia Garcia is an artist, academic and facilitator. She studied Performing arts at De Montfort University and trained at Laban, where she completed an MA in European Dance Theatre Practices. Originally from Spain, she worked as a freelance performer, dancer and community arts practitioner with Retina, Willi Dorner Cie and ersatz dance. Amalia was a teacher Fellow in Dance at De Montfort University and became a full-time Lecturer in Dance and Performance at the University of Bedfordshire in 2009 where she now runs the Performing Arts course and teaches across the BA (Hons) Dance & Professional Practice, Performing Arts and MA in Dance Performance and Choreography programmes. The focus of her research is practice-based research in dance and interdisciplinary dance-theatre performance. 

Kerry Andrews is the Executive Director of LEVEL Centre and has a track record in programming, producing, mentoring and fundraising having worked in the industry for the past 24 years. Previous roles include Artistic Director of artsdepot, Head of Producing & Artist Development at Birmingham Hippodrome and working for Arts Council England plus a wealth of independent freelance projects including producing the digital tour and film of DROWNTOWN by Rhiannon Faith Company. Kerry is a board member of Rhiannon Faith Company, Peut Etre Theatre Company and on the advisory board for Spiltmilk Dance. 

Ellen Main-Jefferey is a Chartered Tax Adviser and Charity VAT specialist. She began her career with HMRC moving into practice after 10 years with the Big 4, where she advised all kinds of large and small businesses before specialising in the Not For Profit sector at a niche London firm. Ellen currently runs an independent VAT consultancy practice with her husband Phil. She has always been interested in the performing arts and advises a number of charities on the intricacies of VAT in this sector.

Through Margaret Massey’s career as a physical education and movement teacher developed she used her leadership roles to expand the range and diversity of dance within the PE curriculum demonstrating to the school, parents and children the physical, emotional and creative benefits of dance in the development of the whole child.

Margaret developed a prestigious creative arts programme at Stuart Bathurst Roman Catholic High School which later led the school to specialist creative arts academy status in Sandwell. As Director of Dance she undertook choreography of School Musical Productions and designed the dance curriculum.

Margaret says: “From my earliest  memories I've always loved dance, by being entertained by it, by being moved by it and by taking part in it myself. It has always been clear to me that dance is an accessible and enjoyable activity for children of all ages, backgrounds and abilities and that continues to be an important medium for both young and older adults throughout their life.”
